Looking for a music school for your kids is quite a challenge if you’re an expat in a non-English speaking country. The biggest hindrance that we often encounter is communication, although I’m sure,the principles, techniques, and other music nitty- gritty are similar. In fact, it took us a while to find the right school with musicians and friends who are not only qualified but are also proficient in English communication. The music school has a great curriculum and is equipped with state of the art facilities and instruments. In addition there are teachers who could explain the lessons well in English. And also, there are staff who we could talk to about our kids’ progress and other school stuff. Having addressed this problem we hope our kids would find learning music enjoyable.

As a musician moving from one place to another is quite a hassle especially when you move faraway from your trusty music shop. Instrument selection may sound easy but in reality it takes a long term relationship and a ton of trial and error before you can find a place that you can truly trust. Stores that sell all the things that you need or want and most especially stores that sell them at the right price are pretty difficult to find. But not in my case, instrument selection has become as easy as 1-2-3 for they have everything every musician could ever need. From electric guitars to classical guitars or bass guitars name it they have it. As a musician who just moved to a new place this is a huge help for me. Now I have a place where I can buy all my musical necessities.
