- Is the sentence POSITIVE (So) or NEGATIVE (Neither)?
- Does the sentence uses auxiliary/modal verbs (swap subject and verb) or action action verbs (do, does, did)?
DO, DOES, DID rules
- DO = use with plural subjects (I, They, we, tables, chairs) and present form of the verbs
- DOES = use with singular subjects (he, she, it, table, chair) and present form of the verbs
- DID = use with singular/plural subjects and past form of the verbs
