Haad Kaew Resort

One of the beautiful hotels in Songkhla is Haad Kaew Resort.  For a photographer like me, this seaside resort with a 10 kilometer stretch of powdery white sand and overlooking the gulf of Thailand is surely picturesque.  Due to its location, Haad Kaew Resort is a great place to shoot sunrise.  Unfortunately though, the sun was a bit shy and hid from me in those days I was there (I hope to go back soon.). So, I took some shots of the hotel grounds instead. For review and information about Haad Kaew Resort, check this out.

  1. Nice shots you got here. I couldn’t agree more of the beautiful ambiance of this resort. A good place to unwind, indeed! I also love the idea of the facade near the pool, it’s so elegant to look at.

  2. This made me want to take a long vacation leave! I love the colored facades and roofs! I have never been to Thailand, but if I ever get the chance, I will look for this place! Thanks for sharing.

  3. Photograph captures everything. Both the amateur and the professional could get it vividly and candidly. I do love photography. I started with an instamatic Kodak unit, then with Yashica FX-7 manual camera, and finally Samsung Digital Camera. Those captured scenic views, people, plants and animals taken in an appropriate angle are “beauty to the eye” not only for remembrance and souvenir.

  4. My brother lives in Bangkok, so we will frequently go and visit him. Thank you for this recommendation for a good beach resort. Is this near Bangkok at all?

  5. I have never been to Thailand so looking at your pictures makes me want to book a flight, pack my bags and go. I wish you posted bigger photo sizes though so we can appreciate the place more. Nice photos nonetheless.

  6. These are great looking photos. Actually Thailand is next on our list of places to visit. And your post has come at a very good time. The resort looks great. Are the prices reasonable though?
